2% Kitchen Administration Fee—-> We have added a 2% kitchen appreciation fee to the guest check which directly benefits our back of house staff, following a model many other restaurants in Boston and the country have adopted to promote a better quality of life and incentive for culinary staff. This fee is paid directly to our culinary team. This charge is not a subsidy for a livable wage. It is an incentive for our kitchen staff.
